Very good!

It’s no secret I love Lorcana. I think it’s one of the best collectible card games on the market. Even to be ultra competitive you don’t have to break the bank (I mean it’s not cheap but it sure isn’t anywhere near as expensive as some of the other games like Magic the Gathering and Pokemon). But I still love a good deal and the new Lorcana bundle at Costco is terrific.

In the bundle comes a villains themed portfolio, 6 packs of The First Chapter boosters, and a special edition promo card of The Queen, Mirror Seeker. The portfolio is a full-sized one that can hold your entire Whispers in the Well collection (the set has 251 cards and the portfolio holds 252). The original artwork is beautiful as is all the artwork Ravensburger does. You might think getting The First Chapter boosters is no big deal since it’s been out for so long, but many of those cards are still legal in the new core collection thanks to the Fabled set that recently came out. Plus, it’s always fun looking for those Enchanted cards. The promo card carries the special border so many of the recent promos carry. It’s still the same artwork, but has a full color border that matches the color of the card.

This is a Costco exclusive. Costco often carries products rebundled into a great deal for the consumer and this one is too. At $44.99, it’s pricier than the Lilo and Stitch or Frozen gift boxes, but you also get that full sized portfolio to go with it which is a $25.99 value by itself. If you’re looking for a gift for the Lorcana fan or looking to start collecting the Lorcana game cards, this is a great set to pick up!
