GEO-82 Fireworks Experience – Is It Worth It?

5-star experience for a 5-star expense

If you love fireworks and you love the Disney touch, you’ll love the GEO-82 Fireworks Experience – even with the hefty price tag. Currently (as of 9/2025) the cost for the experience is $179 per person, nearly double that of Cinderella’s Royal Table! But it is worth it at least once. The service is incredible, the food a treat, and the view spectacular. And unlike Cinderella’s Royal Table – no kids! Every person who paid to be there was given a seat either right up against the glass or just behind it. The music is piped in and timed perfectly as if you were standing outside, but even better, you don’t hear the “boom” that comes from the fireworks exploding. Instead, you are treated to a spectacular light show from the comfort of your chair.

The food is top notch. Think of this experience as an elevated tea except with champagne. I don’t know if there was a limit to the number of times you can ask for champagne but we didn’t hit it at three refills. Our server and host, Karissa, was so sweet and charming. Truly one of the best we’ve had in a place that prides itself on guest service. She brought out to us a tower of finger foods which was so enjoyable. Macarons with a pimento cheese filling was the top plate – just the right amount of sweet to offset the savory of the cheese. The middle plate was a deviled egg with duck prosciutto – a nice bite and the duck added something different to it that elevated it. And the bottom plate was a mix of cheese, meat, and bread (except Cassie is gluten-free so they gave us what looked and tasted like papadam).

The ambiance of the place was high class and well thought out. It was definitely a wonderful experience. High priced? VERY! But worth it? You’ll have to decide. For my wife and I it definitely was. The service, the quality of the food, the champagne, the view and the ambiance made for a perfect night. Would we do it again? I don’t know. It would be hard to top this night.
